The Fernwood Board of Directors elected in May 2026 is currently serving the community following the successful recall of the prior Board and the election of replacement directors. The Association is presently in a transition period that includes the termination of its management agreement with Colby Management and the transition to Paramount Management. Until this transition is completed, this website is being maintained and funded personally by Doris Montrose, not by the Association, to keep Fernwood homeowners informed about matters affecting the community.

Fernwood Homeowners Association

Fernwood is a neighborhood within Sun City West, Arizona, developed as part of the Del Webb community in 1987. The association consists of 40 Gemini and Granada twin homes located along North Alta Loma Drive and North Greenview Drive near the Echo Mesa Golf Course.

Known for its mature trees and natural grass lawns, Fernwood is committed to maintaining community standards and preserving the appearance and value of the neighborhood.

This website provides homeowners with access to governing documents, financial information, meeting notices and minutes, newsletters, announcements, and other important community resources.

Current Fernwood homeowners are encouraged to register for website access and email communications from the Board of Directors. Registration is limited to property owners and is subject to verification.
